This Information System has a modular structure and adapts according to the form of Social Partnerships, Partners and Distribution Points that are being developed in the areas of the Region's implementation. In each Social Partnership there is an Administration Application. The Administration Application can collaborate with the Partners' Applications. Each Partners Application can collaborate with the Distribution Points applications.
Social Partnerships should monitor the beneficiaries of TEBA's actions in their area of responsibility by ensuring the implementation of Directive 95/46 / EC and the relevant national legislation on protecting the personal data of beneficiaries.
Therefore, throughout the implementation of the project and thus also during its operation, there will be granted access to personal data belonging to the beneficiaries depending on the user of the system.
There are three management levels on the Information system:
- The Lead Partners' Management Application
- The Partners' Management Application
- The Point of Distribution Management application
This Information System is accessible to the Regional Units that are under the supervision of the Social Partners. It can thus at any time provide a complete report of the Partners' operation and based on the reports it will be able to extract measurable data that will reflect on the performance of each Social Partnership and its Partners.
