From 2002, Bee Communication began offering consulting services through a relative department that was created within the company. These consulting services evolved and expanded, eventually leading within 2004 to the restructuring of the company into Bee Group Inc. The new company is strongly active in two fields: network services and consulting services.

The target of the restructuring was the development of a newly strengthened and more competitive company, capable of dealing in the most efficient manner with the increased demands of the contemporary business environment.
